This online tool is for projects in pre-development or planning phase to ensure that quality standards are embedded into all aspects of planning and project design. We recommend that this be completed by the entire team planning the project or that the main applicant (team lead) review their responses with the team before submission. There is no cost for using this tool.
After submitting the completed checklist, you will receive a Results Report that summarizes how the program plans align with the CSH Quality Standards for Supportive Housing.
